Safety Warning: Beware of Fake Cheat Tools & APKs
Any website, video, or Telegram channel claiming to distribute "GTA 6 cheat engines", "infinite money trainers", or "mod menu APKs" before or at launch is distributing malware. Common risks include remote-access Trojans, crypto miners, and account stealers targeting your PlayStation Network or Xbox credentials.
What to Expect From GTA 6 Cheats
- Trophies & Achievements: Historically in GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2, inputting cheats immediately disables trophy/achievement acquisition and autosave for that session.
- Single-Player Only: Cheats are never functional in GTA Online or multiplayer modes. Attempting to inject external mod tools into online lobbies leads to permanent Rockstar account bans.
- Cell Phone vs Controller Inputs: Recent games supported both dial-in cell phone numbers (e.g. 1-999-PAINKILLER) and traditional D-pad/button sequences. We will test and document both format types.
What We Will Document Here
- The official list per platform, tested directly on hardware, never copied from unverified rumors.
- Which codes remain active after each official game update.
- Differences between PlayStation, Xbox, and future PC inputs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there official GTA 6 cheat codes yet?
No. Rockstar Games has not published cheat codes for GTA 6. This page tracks the official verified list per platform and will update on launch day.
Do cheat codes disable trophies and achievements in GTA games?
In previous Rockstar titles (GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2), enabling cheat codes temporarily disabled trophies and achievements for that play session. We expect a similar policy for GTA 6 story mode.
Are downloadable cheat tools, trainers or APKs safe?
No. Any third-party program, APK, or executable claiming to enable cheats or infinite money in GTA 6 is malware or a credential-stealing scam. Rockstar has released no tools.
Where will verified GTA 6 cheat codes be published?
Once verified on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and eventually PC, official button combinations and dial codes will be listed here after each game update.
